Returns & Exchanges
We understand that at times your purchase may need to be returned or exchanged for various reasons. We want to make this process simple for you but we do have terms of sale that must be followed.
Purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason as long as shop.countryski.com is notified by phone for a Return Authorization Number within 5 five days of receipt.
The product needs to be in its original "new" condition, in its original factory packaging with all instructions, tags attached, and related accessories.
Items returned not meeting these conditions will be charged a re-packing and re-stocking fee. A minimum re-stocking fee of $35 will be charged.
All returns must be received back in our warehouse within 12 (twelve) days of original receipt date.
All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits are issued within 1-3 business days upon receipt at shop.countryski.com, and you will be notified by email of the credit; though once credit is issued, it takes 3-4 days to appear on your statement due to processing delays of the credit card companies.
Credits are for the original purchase price less original shipping, if applicable. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on any item returned beyond the above stated time frames.
All packages refused by customers will be charged the return shipping charges and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges to shop.countryski.com. Example a $540.00 pair of skis with original shipping of $35.00 returned within the policy time frame will get a $505.00 credit.
Customer is responsible for freight both ways on any return even if we free shipped it to you. Insurance and tracking is recommended on all items being returned, all damage or loss of items during shipping is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
